  • Lovea Jewels cannot be held responsible for errors made by customers during the ordering process.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Every piece is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [loveajewels95@gmail.com] with:

    • Clear photographs of the item received

    • A brief description of the issue

  • If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.
